Bitter Arrogance  "The president acted in clear contravention of a criminal law enacted by Congress, and a Supreme Court precedent, both directly on point."

There is a law. It is on the books. If the president feels the law is insufficient, he needs to try to change the law. Period. Selah. Otherwise, he is breaking the law. Read the 2nd article of impeachment against King Richard Nixon (aka Nixon Agonistes). He would have been impeached for wiretapping and other illegal acts against U.S. citizens' privacy.
Remember, it's not spying per se that's an issue here...it's illegally spying on U.S. citizens that the president directed the National Security Agency to do.
Too, I like how you hide behind anonymity. I allow that here...but in the Bush Empire, perhaps that's not so allowable?
Thank about it...
